Return Policies

Items must be returned seven days from date of purchase
Proof of purchase in form of a receipt issued by us is a compulsory requirement
We will be unable to help you if you give us back a damaged product
Any items which expired through no error from our end cannot be returned
We are very happy to help you and remain flexible as long as it is genuine and within reason

Bottle returns vouchers are only valid for one month
You cannot redeem your voucher for cash under any circumstances
Your voucher must be redeemed in the branch where it was issued
You must use the full value of your voucher
Left over balances cannot be exchanged for cash
Please protect your voucher, it is as good as cash!
Kindly note that NO bonus points will be earned on any returnable/reusable bottles. Points will
only be awarded on the value of the content.
