Made mainly with the Charmat method (closed tank). The second fermentation is caused by the addition of a calibrated quantity of sugar. The mousse takes place in a pressure tank and not in a bottle.
Fresh and lively wine. A pleasant aromatic typical of Glera.
For optimal consumption, enjoy between 6 and 10°C.
