Trumpeter Rosé Malbec , which has been made with 100% Malbec grapes, comes from Tupungato, an area that offers various microclimates, creating optimal conditions for the vine to grow. Today it is one of the most prestigious wine regions in Mendoza and Argentina.

To achieve its unique flavor, it has been resting in French oak barrels for three months, and its crystalline pink tone with a raspberry hue and lilac reflections, have been achieved thanks to the Provence method,

Rosé wines extract their color in the same way a red wine does (grape juice is brought into contact with the red grape skins during fermentation). The difference between the two is that the contact is shorter in rosé wine.

On the nose, the subtle floral profile frames the notes of fresh red fruits (cherry, currant) and slightly citrus. On the palate it expresses a great wealth of flavors. The patient battonage (agitation of the fine lees) results in greater volume in the mouth and a pleasant, refined and dry aftertaste.

It is recommended to accompany it with Paella Valenciana, guacamole, hams, carpaccios, grilled sardines and anchovies, prawn risotto, Portuguese chicken, garden asparagus and sheep’s cheese.
