The grapes for this wine are selected from vineyards in the Central Valley. Fruity and refreshing. The fermentation occurred at low temperatures (13 ° -14 ° C), with selected yeasts, in order to obtain a higher concentration of aromas in the final wine. 100% maturation in stainless steel tanks. Fruity, with predominance of the citrus character and botanical touches.
Excellent as an appetizer and accompaniment of sea ingredients such as oysters.
