Fruit for our Bright Young Things Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from premium cool-climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia. Cool climate fruit produces crisp and lively Sauvignon Blanc with intense aromatics and a clean, palate. Following harvest, the fruit was taken immediately for crushing to avoid extended skin contact and unnecessary handling. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to ensure a fresh and vibrant finish before being filtered, fined and bottled early to maximize vibrancy.
Color: Very pale straw with lime green tinges
Aroma: Gooseberry, lychees and freshly cut grass, bright florals and hints of stone fruit.
Palate: Fresh crunchy acidity gives way to a bright palate, with passionfruit, lychees and classic grassy characters. Balanced with beautiful length and a hint of fruit sweetness.
