Las Moras Syrah Rosé 2021 is produced with the Syrah grape, from the San Juan region of Argentina. The grapes are harvested manually and the selected bunches undergo total destemming and crushing. The must is subjected to pre-fermentation maceration and then pressing takes place. The alcoholic fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control and inoculation of selected yeasts. At the end, the wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled.
