Las Moras Syrah Rosé 2021 is produced with the Syrah grape, from the San Juan region of Argentina. The grapes are harvested manually and the selected bunches undergo total destemming and crushing. The must is subjected to pre-fermentation maceration and then pressing takes place. The alcoholic fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control and inoculation of selected yeasts. At the end, the wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Finca Las Moras is part of the Pañaflor group and is located in the San Juan wine region – the second largest in Argentina, after Mendoza. The winery has around 1,000 hectares of vineyards in three valleys (Zonda, Tulum and Pedernal) and produces a large collection of reds and whites in different ranges, from young and full of fruit, for everyday use, to serious and complexes. It is worth keeping an eye on the wines from Finca Las Moras, which are gaining more and more fans around the world.
