This CH Valac is a rich dry red blend from the highlands of Spain. On the nose are the powerful and complex aromas of blackcurrant. This medium to full-bodied blend reveals ripe tannins on the palate, supported by layers of dry spices and liquorice notes. Best served with big meals like barbecue and stews.
